A later authorized pilot may scope the public home, about, method, offering, editorial, profile, metadata, and structured-data surfaces that actually exist at review time. Each surface must have an owner, URL or durable reference, access status, and freshness date.

• entity names, aliases, types, relationships, and disputed terms;
• important public surfaces and intended audiences;
• claims that require evidence or must not be repeated;
• authorized search, query, analytics, or agent interfaces;
• decision, sample, comparison window, and acceptable limitations.
