Current state
See what AletheIA supports today, what remains advisory, and which capabilities are explicitly deferred or evidence-gated.
This page is the reader-friendly view of AletheIA’s current posture. The canonical technical index is SYSTEM_STATE.md; contracts, ADRs, execution records, and accepted decisions remain authoritative for their own details.
What is available today
Governed Work Slices
A bounded operating unit with explicit intent, scope, risk, evidence expectations, and a stop line.
Decisions and continuity
Reviewable decision, handoff, and restart patterns that preserve context across people and runtimes.
Portable roles and runtime adapters
A stable role model that remains distinct from Codex, Claude Code, Qwen, and Adaptive Skills.
Security guidance
Human-gated trust-boundary and source-handling guidance, including the S28/S29 advisory packs.
Read-only observability
Source-backed projections that preserve provenance and unavailable states without becoming execution authority.
First-use and adoption guidance
Installation, a low-risk first Work Slice, adoption modes, and project handoff guidance.
Current operating posture
| Area | Current state | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Governance | Delivered 1.x baseline | Work framing, gates, decisions, validation, closure, and continuity are the core operating model. |
| Adaptive Skills | Complementary and separate | AletheIA governs the Work Slice; Adaptive Skills provides portable methods. Neither project owns the other. |
| Security packs | Delivered as guidance | The packs are manual/advisory. Real usage evidence requires a real Work Slice, not a template or synthetic example. |
| Observability | Read-only baseline | Known records can be projected with provenance; a projection does not pass gates or infer missing values. |
| Documentation | Public Blume site plus governed pilot report template | Publication remains a separate, manual approval and smoke-test action. Pilot reports are evidence records, not adoption badges or runtime automation. |
Explicit limits
The absence of a metric is represented as unavailable, not a guessed number. Five heterogeneous Work Observatory records are not a stable comparison group, so no success rate, ranking, or productivity claim is admissible.
